Emoji 13.1 adds 217 new emoji sequences
The new version of the Unicode Emoji technical report released on 18 September, 2020 adds Emoji v13.1, which updates the official list of emojis to include new emoji sequences.
The informative lists of recently added emojis is officially published by Unicode for each Emoji release. The list for Emoji 13.1 is available here and includes the following 7 new emojis:

The 13.1 release also adds 210 skin tone variants for various emojis.
The data files for Unicode Emoji v13.1 can be found in Unicode's public directory and include the updated emoji sequence data, emoji ZWJ (zero-width joiner) sequences, and emoji keyboard/display test data.
The names of the new emojis in different languages are to be finalized in Unicode CLDR v38. The Unicode CLDR project publishes data for internationalization and localization including the annotation and ordering data for emojis.
