Eckher Genome Browser

Explore the human genome online.

Eckher Genome Browser is a web-based, interactive visualization tool for the hg38 human reference genome assembly and GENCODE gene annotation. It provides an intuitive way to explore the structure of the genome and study human genes.

The browser displays the genome sequence from left to right (5′ to 3′) and allows users to move left and right along the sequence and zoom in and out to explore the regions of interest. Users can also enter the name of a gene into the search box to go directly to that region of the genome.
