Eckher 3D Mol Viewer is an online tool for viewing three-dimensional molecular models. It is built using Three.js/WebGL and supports all modern desktop and mobile web browsers.
As a molecular graphics tool, Eckher 3D Mol Viewer allows users to visualize and analyze the 3D structures of molecules and study their chemical and biological activity.
Usage notes
- In Eckher 3D Mol Viewer, the molecules are displayed as space-filling models using the CPK coloring scheme.
- Currently, Eckher 3D Mol Viewer only supports PDB files.
